If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original shoe box and secure them inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
